The Postech Cellular Immunology Laboratory studies immune responses and related diseases based on animal physiology at the cellular level. Animal immune cells originate from the primary and secondary lymphoid organs, circulate through the organs of an individual, and are responsible for biological defense in the body. To better understand the principles and effects of the immune response, we first ask questions based on human physiology and then address them from an immunological perspective using mouse models and human samples.
